once I moved back to Nola after LSU I was staying with my parents in my little brothers old room, hence the green walls. Didn't think i was gonna be there for a year but hey saved some cash. Glad to be living on my own again.

SBD is a Hopitoulas.

Current beer I am on, New Holland Dragons Milk, well worth it if you like barrel aged stouts.

For me, sometimes the barrel, be it bourbon, whiskey, scotch, tends to overpower the stout flavor. I love bourbon, whiskey, scotch, but when I want a beer that has been barrel aged I want to taste the beer, especially a good stout.

This beer is an awesome balance that lets the stout shine through without the bourbon taking it over.

Like I said, I think it is worth seeking out if you like barrel aged stouts.

Don't want to speak out of turn, but have you contemplated dumping the old raspy into the ice cream, lots of head, lots of cream

It's about time I let you guys know that my good friends at Three Floyd's and Surly have gotten together to brew a beer in honor of my sense of taste and decency.

The Brewpub has just released Urine Trouble in 750 mL bottles. $15 a bottle with a limit of 2 per person. It is a collaboration between us and Surly. An Imperial Brett IPA fermented with the unique strain of yeast Brettanomyces Lambicus. This yeast creates earthy barnyard notes along with pineapple-cherry pie aromas and flavors. Of course with the "IPA" style it’s hopped heavily.

that is hysterical. you better get on social media immediately and alert them of their potential law suit. could at least get a case of bombers and a t-shirt out of it.

Usually a trip to NOLA and a few nice restaurants buys me a few months, a stop in at avenue pub usually is involved as well

She drank the SA porch rocker crap, so she is still useful to me.
