What was the starting 5 in the 1993-94 season?

I'm not even a Heat fan and I'd assume Rice, Harold Miner, Khalid Reeves, Matt Gieger (POS broke Shaq's thumb).

Also I'm a LeBron fan no matter what uniform he is wearing. Most people pulling for the Heat share my view

Shocking!

Tim Duncan got drafted into the perfect situation with David Robinson there and the Bulls breaking up.

championship roster right there. Shaq was like 37 and a journeyman by then and Antwan Jamison was out of his prime if he ever had one

I'm with you when it comes to LeBron. I'm a huge fan and always have been, but his fanboys are so damn off-putting.

decent try but the reason I mention 1993-94 was we had a a really good team as far as heat teams pre-alonzo mourning era and were over .500 and still finished 4th in the atlantic. We had

Glen Rice
Steve Smith
Rony Seikaly
Harold Miner
Bimbo Coles
Brian Shaw
John Salley
Manute Bol

How old was Tim Duncan in the recent finals? Does that detract from Lebron's legacy since Tim was so old?

Shaq was 1 year removed from an 18/9 season in phoenix

Antawn Jamison was averaging 21/9 in that season, they added him to make a finals push

see you're not even a lebron fan since you've been following him forever and don't even know he had a good shaq and very good antawn and still couldnt win. do your homework lebron fanboy

the 2009-2010 cavs were loaded, lebron just wasn't enough of a winner to do it that year.

But the people who hate him irrationally aren't?

Dirk was one of the first to tweet congrats to Lebron after game 7 and acknowledged that he was the best basketball player in the world, but the knights are quick to look past all that.

Both are horrible, but not as bad as quoting someone while responding to someone else.

Thanks for the thread OP,

It's funny how an innocuous throw away comment from Dirk can expose how insecure Heat fans are. I guess that's the life of a bandwagoner.

Shaq averaged 12 points and 6 Rebs with the Cavs and missed 30 games. And for Cleveland Jamison only averaged 15 PTS. Like I said they weren't in their primes

That was my thought too....they're back to back champions, why are they so insecure that their jimmies are rustled over comments that really weren't that inflammatory in the first place?

Cool he was averaging 21 with the Wizards. How does that help the Cavs?

So he didn't do this in Cleveland. What he did put up was 12 and 6.7, hardly the production of a prime Shaq.

He was averaging 20.5 and 8.8 in Washington, but 15.8 and 7.7 in Cleveland

You need to do your homework and not just look at big names considering these guys were at the tail ends of their careers.

Solid team yes, but in no way were they loaded. The Spurs and Heat with 3+ future HOFers apiece are loaded.

barbetiger, you are literally having me here shaking my head.

Antawn Jamison averaged 21 points per game in the same damn season before he got traded to cleveland....he didnt avg 21/9 in cleveland bc lebron needs the ball so much,he still had game, so did shaq, both had plenty of it, and the lebron had a great second option in him, and a good 3rd and 4th option in mo williams and shaq. He also had great role players like anthony parker, daniel gibson, anderson varejao,jj hickson, and ilgauskas

he still didnt win a title there, stop acting like he had a shitty squad around him at the end, he had a talented roster and i was showing you that jamison could still play the same year he went to cleveland! you make jamison sound like he was on his last leg when they acquired him when Im telling you he was averaging nearly 20/10

If Antwan Jamison is your second option, you aren't winning a championship
