Figured out my problem this morning
It's not a leak. I got a science reminder, that as a gas cools, the container it is in will be under less pressure. The psi on the regulator went down because the co2 tank got cold in the keg fridge.

And just a FYI, the bottle gage on your regulator is useless until it's almost too late. It'll stay at the same level until you're just about out.
