it's not only a professional courtesy to the attorney (remember, this prosecutor didn't just meet this guy), but with all this publicity you're just intentionally creating a circus. that's not good for anybody (prosecution or defense)

I can't see a scenario where this WOULDN'T be a circus. Oh and frick any "professional courtesy" here. Aaron Hernandez is preventing the investigation of a homicide. Someone got MURDERED. The last thing on the list of shite to do is making sure the lawyer's feelings aren't hurt. This is changing lives, and Hernandez did everything in his power to prevent justice if it might have occurred. I say frick him, and if his lawyer represents him, then he's not doing himself any favors as far as garnering public favor.
