Probably the top 3 teams in the East:

1) Miami
2) Bulls/Pacers
3) Pacers/Bulls

West:

1) OKC
2) San Antonio (pending what happens with the Big 3)
3) Golden State/Memphis/LA Clippers

Heat will be deeper in the luxury tax. Also, who will be their "Ray Allen" this offseason? Do they get rid of Bosh? Does Cole start for Chalmers next year?

Right now, I'd say they are the favorites. But I think the teams in this order have the best shot at knocking them out:

1) Indiana
2) OKC
3) San Antonio
4) Chicago

Partly the reason for my ranking in the OP is that I have no idea what he'll look like next season.

just have to see what happens in the off season. Miami will probably look much different.
will bosh be gone?
will wade be gone? "hope"
will both be gone?
will ray allen retire?
will they trade miller or chalmers?
will they add a big man im free agency?

alot to see first

If the Heat get Kevin Love then they have a shot. We'll all find out about Wade's knee here in the next couple weeks.

yes, they will

Bosh will possibly be gone but either way, they win again...

They have a good many weapons that seem to step up at different times...

Then there is Lebron and Wade

You have to wonder if he will play more timid or be as aggressive as he used to be. The mental aspect of an injury can be as hampering as the injury itself.

Depends on too much. I think Miller retires. Release Anthony and sign Anderson, if he doesn't die from his drug binge he is more than likely on now. Heat have to get better because the others teams will be.

After their pressers last night, I think they will be.

I'm not counting out the Spurs until their Big 3 breaks up.

If the Pacers can keep that team together with Granger returning to form they are probably the team with the best shot at beating Miami.

I said the Pacers had the best shot.

Until we know what DRose will look like, I can't say anything about how good the Bulls will be.

He won't. They MIGHT amnesty him, but he's not retiring.

Release Anthony
Why on earth would they do that? They may amnesty his $4m, but they're not going to pay him to go away when his contract is guaranteed.

re-sign Anderson
This will happen.
