The guy who you all say is signaling out Raph?? He plays on TV for LSU and was in the World Series...He is fair game. He was 0 for a bunch with too many soft pop ups (It is what it is-please dont sugar coat it.) The stats then come out for last years regional/super regional and he was 1 out of a bunch (so 1 for 35 or so in post season in 2 years-He chokes in big games!!!! evidently-proof is in the pudding. A-Rod can get blasted for poor post season play so can major college kids-live with it. What about Bregman? Lets not go there as its mainly the same-Choke City

These are 18-22 year old kids that are going to school. Not professional athletes. Yes, we can talk about their play and where they do good/bad, but starting threads specifically calling out a single player's deficiencies is not needed here.

And it's just moronic to do so about a guy like Rhymes. Yes, he didn't play well in the clutch. We all know that. Why start a thread about it? Why not make a general thread about how half the team choked instead of singling out one player?

I don't see the distinction you are making. Isn't pointing out a player's deficiency the same as saying he is not good at it?

It was a pattern with Rhymes. Sure other people didn't come through, but the sample size was large enough with Rhymes to realize that he just isn't a clutch hitter.
