Is this thread 7 pages of people bitching about the show they choose to watch?
And then a couple people dropping in to say this show sucks, it gets to the point where it's a circle jerk. If you don't like the show and just want to trash it, then do it in a thread of your own. It's a case of GOT spoiling the frick out of some people that they just can't take anything less from HBO from now on and people trying to act cool.
Anyway, tonight was another solid episode and it looks like Bill is going to be the main villain in the long road. I have been waiting a long time so I can fully hate that douchenozzle. YES.
Alcide is sort of letting the pack mentality get to him ad not seeing clearly who Emma should be with. But Rikki isn't doing much better either that she would harm Emma.
The VUS are complete morons. They actually thought it would be a good idea to go and try to reason with wolves, feral animals by nature.
Jessica in that outfit...... Woot! I'm still praying for the day we see her naked. I love that baby vamp stuff she's doing at the end of the show. I assume that Bill is going to use that professor to synthesize the fairy girls blood that he smelled on the toy bear. I saw in the previews that the girls are fully grown now. It'll be interesting too see how much of a knockout they are.
This season is nothing great but its solid and progressing nicely

When is Sookie going to stop pulling that bullshite "If our love meant anything to you" line to get what she wants from Bill?
Does she really not remember that card got burned when she lied to Bill's face using it to hide Eric?
Alcide needs to off that mouthy chick. She's going to get their pack killed.

I thought it was interesting that Andy seemed sympathetic to Bill, mentioning that they were family. I wonder if the feeling is mutual. Somebody needs to warn Andy how dangerous vampires are to fairies.

I still forget sometimes that Bill and Andy are related

I have a suspicion that weird grandpa fairy is not what he seems. I don't think he is all good. Also i am hoping that Jason having the massive head aches is foreshadowing some super natural power he will get. Pretty good start to the season since i like the show for being over the top. Oh and Jessica has to be the sexiest red head alive

I am a bit suspicious of Grandpa Na too. I thought he was Warlow at first .

Show sucks. Even as ridiculous as TB has gotten it's still 100 times more entertaining than the live action D+D that is game of thrones.

Grandpa is legit. The random fairy on the side of the road though...I don't trust him

I am glad that Billith told Sookie that she is dead to him. Maybe she can move on with Eric.
Speaking of Eric, that coffin scene with the human was kinda hot!
Jason's headaches-not sure what that is about. Maybe he's finally turning into a werepanther!!

WTH? I was going to read those books.
(Just kidding.)

I don't know if it is in the books, but i think it was on season 2 of the show when the panthers tried to turn him...

She will be a Vampire before the end of the season

Pam sure didn't like it. She's become a whiny bitch ever since Eric blew up at her after she fired that RPG at Moongoddess Emporium.

Obviously that's the only way to force the Governor to change his stance on vampires.

Jason was a werepanther in the books.
FWIW I only read the first 3 books. I would say the writers started deviating greatly from the books around season 3. I don't even think they use the books anymore, except for the character's names really.
And I would say GoT has spoiled me greatly, but True Blood quality has dropped significantly. I still watch it to hold me over to when my Fall shows start, but it's not nearly as entertaining as it once was.
One good thing they are doing this season is keeping Laffy funny and his old sassy self. The Jesus storyline really dragged him down for 2-3 seasons.

Eric and Bill bear primary responsibility for the governor's actions as Nora pointed out a couple of weeks ago. First Bill ordered the True Blood factories to be bombed and then Eric killed that general which caused the military to unleash hell of them. Bill and Eric seem to think that they can do whatever they want to humans without and repercussions. I could only imagine the hell that would have come down on them if Eric had killed the governor's daughter.

Books are garbage, and I read every one.
The show is much better.

Yep, because Bill's going after Andy's daughters. Of course they may well be octogenarians by next week's show.

That would be another reason not to have any sympathy for Bill since, besides Jessica, Andy is the only person left that's still on his side. Sookie, Eric and Nora all tried to kill him, Jason hates him amd you know Sam has no use for him after what happened at the Authority.
By the way, that scene where Bill thought that he could daywalk was funny as hell. I don't know why Jessica would trust his judgement after doing something that stupid.
