Ford just did a big recall on all the ecoboost equipped F-150's.

Tiger stripes, you may get that good of MPG but you are missing about 30hp and 70tq. That's Obama motors for you.
Eta: you are actually missing lots more hp and TQ but the numbers I quoted are conservative. So pretend you did all the fun high school bolt on mods and then my top statement is true.

I'm not seeing any real recalls for post 2012 F150's. There are investigations about lost power during hard acceleration but that was generally believed to only be in the pre 2012 intercoolers. Most new engines have the new intercooler.
