Other Native Americans are offended by it, and that to me is good enough reason to change it. It's not right to tell them to "Suck it Up" or "Stop being so Sensitive" when it is clearly understandable why they are offended by it.
so lau should drop the live mike the tiger because a few animal rights folks are offended by him?

The Redskins are not located in D.C. so that city has no power to make Synder do anything, let alone move the team. And he has consistently been clear: he will NEVER change the name. I am a dyed in the wool Irishman, and my family, going back to those fresh off the boats in N.Y., had a hell of a lot more to worry about & struggle over than being called a Mick and/or mocked by all the typical sterotypes of Irishmen. Point being, American Natives have a lot more to worry about than a name of a pro football team in my very Irish opinion.

Mike The Tiger is a totally different situation. There really is no reason to be offended by a Tiger living in a multi-million dollar facility with some of the best veterinary care in the country.
