The article he's referencing doesn't actually state what he is saying.

Coach had the chance to watch him from our perspective on tv last season. He was just as frustrated as the fans.

According to Larry Holder of the Times-Picayune, running back Mark Ingram has been working with the second string offense.

While Darren Sproles and Pierre Thomas get the first team reps, Ingram seems to be slipping into running back oblivion.

Whoever wrote that is doing a huge spin piece. First it says second string in Holder's quote and second no one but the guy who wrote the article said he's falling out of favor.

And let's not forget that Payton rotates almost everyone on offense and defense.

That article sucked fricking balls.

There is so much wrong with it.

Everything I've read so far is that Ingram is in great shape, finally looking and feeling healthy and is moving around really well out there.

I don't know what this is about. It's news to me.

Payton will limit PTs reps bc he is known to wear down. Ingram will still get significant carries just aid in wearing the defense down for big plays later in games.

Ingram was a result of being NFL strong playing with a badass line in college. I knew he wouldn't do much in the NFL. Live and learn. Moving on.

Good, hopefully we trade him to a team that isn't gonna run the same play with him once then switch backs.

If Ingram showed as much passion at Saints games as he did in the picture below, he probably would be in a better position than he is.

Because he sucks. I'm so glad we wasted two 1st round picks on this clown.
