re: Much props to Jonathan Gray

Only thing worse than a troll is one who trolls involuntarily, makes retarded points constantly, and then pats himself on the back for it.

Gray is indeed a beast, big time stuff. He overmatched several of our hitters even the third time thru. Bregman even looked ordinary against him.

Great game maybe the best pitcher's dual Ive seen at the Box.

It took an all out effort from Nola and the rest of our players to beat him, including our coach making some very key moves.
That was a classic!

agree to disagree. to say nola didnt have the hit or miss stuff last night like maddox i dont agree with. I was comparing how he pitched one game to how greg maddox pitches. Nola's game last night was the best i have seen from him. The dude was on.

that doesnt mean its going to translate to the pros. What I see from him right now he could easily be a lights out closer. But like i said if gets better with his accuracy and implements a good change-up that could easily change.

And i am by no means saying he pitched bad last night. He pitched phenomenal. He just went deep into some at bats and his pitch count got to high. Thats is one of the reasons Nola was able to out dual him.
