Neither are overrated. Both are the best I. Their respective sports.
I personally believe Jordan is the GOAT, however its very very difficult (probably impossible) to compare players from different generations.

Not at all. It's fun to speculate. Maybe after their careers are over and they haven't accomplished much then they can be overrated

Most if not all say do you think LBJ will get to be the GOAT. Not many if any consider him that now. And I hate to say it, but no one was better than Tiger in his prime.
So I don't know what you were hoping to prove by this thread. Do you not think that LBJ is by far this best player in the NBA right now? There has been no one that you could say that about in the NBA since Jordan left. That is why they are compared.

Tiger at this stage has better win % (over double) and more majors than Jack did at same point. He already has more wins, 4 less majors.
I think the argument is already there for Tiger to be legitimate GOAT, whereas LeBron has one ring. I think 3-4 rings from now you can start the discussion, but LeBron has ways to go.
