"Douche."

Straight from raginpagin. Finger pointing already. Yea I don't really understand why you don't pitch your ace against Sam Houston.

What's great is that they are still thinking it is a good idea to save Robichaux.

This was discussed thoroughly in another thread. Pitching Robichaux tonight against SHSU did not give them the best chance at going 2-0 to start the regional. The pitching tonight was good enough for the cajuns to win, the bats just did not show up, it's not the first time that has happened this year

Did you see the thread "people are really calling us Louisiana, it's working"? Dude was so fired up that some Gump told him, "Go Louisiana, beat LSU."

That Gump should have told them to beat Sam Houston first.

So you're saying your coaching staff didn't see SHSU as a threat? To get to 2-0, you have to get to 1-0 first, chief.

Dumb coaches.

If Robichaux pitches tonight, they still lose. He's just an ok pitcher. The Cajuns didn't hit. The strategy was fine. The bats were not.

They have an ace in the sense he is their best pitcher, but Robichaux is nothing special by any means. The rest of their pitchers are just that bad.

The thing with Austin Robichaux is when he is on he is as close to unhittable as they get. He has an extremely high ceiling because of the fact that he's 6'5" and throws in the mid to low 90's. his only downside is he hasn't put it all together yet.

I've watched him a lot this season, saying "mid" is being extremely generous. He MAY touch 95 once or twice. Also, he has no legit secondary pitch and his fastball has little to no movement.

I'm saying he has the ability to run it up there if he needs it. Having no legit secondary pitch falls under him not having put it all together.
