That last segment should be 20 laps with a green flag stop with 4 tires

I am not a Jimmy Fan, But I recognize how good he and his team is.
Perhaps you would prefer to go back 20+ years so only two drivers would be on the lead lap at the end of a race. Maybe a driver could win the championship with 5 races to go in the season.
