Got a bunch of Hawaiian Gold pineapples from some friends who live there. Want to infuse some vodka, have a basic recipe. Welcome any advice, especially in terms of what type of container I should use for this process???? Thanks in advance!

My friend did it a few times and the only thing I remember is he kept saying that whatever the recipe has for sugar, use half of it.
shite gets so sweet it's almost unbearable.
I love it though.

Depends on how large a batch you plan on making. Buy a glass jar with a serving spout. Cut the pineapples into rounds and stack around interior of the chamber and fill with vodka. The best method is to process the fruit through a juicer after and strain through a chinois or some type of screen to minimize the pulp. I've never added amy extra sugar. You can always add simple syrup to recipes to sweeten the beverage afterwards. Just google vodka infusion jar.

Just did a batch of pineapple vodka for the wife, add pineapple in a glass jar, cover with vodka, store in a cool dark place for 10 days. Strain after that and that's it
