Probably only unlimited data while using their apps or streaming their content.

This is an intriguing idea though. Would you purchase an app or subscribe to a service for far below the price of unlimited data in order to have unlimited access to that product?

For example, a Netflix subscription that was a few dollars more expensive that enabled you to watch as many streaming movies as you liked, regardless of your data plan. How much more would you pay for that?

probably 25% markup, but that one won't happen b/c cable is throttling cable to kill netflix
