Try and stay flatter down the line when you pull on those counters big boy. Aim for the inside hip of the defensive end, and try to go through where the centers hand is on the ball and follow the surge of the offensive line this will alow you to be able to block the defender inside out.

Keep working hard, and stay low when run blocking.

Try and be less aggressive when pass blocking, will be hard at first but it will allow you to shield the Qb from your defender.

This is what I was getting at when I said you were leaning forward too much. I know Its hard to block someone without attacking them, but if you attack pass rushers while pass protecting instead of letting them come to you then more talented pass rushers will use your momentum against you, and easily throw you to the side or get around you.
