I swear if they make Jim stay in Scranton because of his B wife
And thats been a theme throughout the run of the show. Characters chasing their dreams.
From the beginning of the show, above everything else, Michael just wanted a wife and family. He finally got it
Andy left to chase his dream of being a star
Dwight finally got his dream of being manager
Jim's wanted to leave the office since episode 1. Continuing their theme, I don't think they're gonna stop him from pursuing the career he's always wanted.

This is actually a pretty good observation about chasing dreams. As much as I don't like the jim and pam drama lately it is a common issue for people. Many people have dreams jobs that have a catch such as family time. Everyone is different and every family is different so some people continue to chase the dreams and some people make the decision in the end for family time. the issue itself is interesting even if the tv drama aspect is annoying.
