Honestly how many undersized WR/RB have excelled at LSU? Josh Reed. Dom Davis? Skylar Green maybe ?
I mean really excelled
Especially in the Miles era.

Lester, Odell Beckham and Jarvis Landry were listed at 5'10" and 5'11", respectively, on their rivals profiles comin out. Speedy is listed at 6'0".
I don't know if either of those two have met your criteria of "really excelled" yet, but to just say "meh" about Noil because of his size is pretty silly. He can excel at LSU.

Uh-oh...we're seeing the first bits of the "he wasn't good enough anyway" argument creeping up.
Its from Lester but still...

They haven't met my criteria yet. And it's not really their fault. Because our WR recruiting has been bad. Those guys are better suited as complimentary WR's.
I'm looking for a guy similar to Noil's talent to where he can say "man I want to come to LSU and be used in that role".
Certainly not Russell Shepard who he prob compares best with.

More comparable to Ron Brooks or a more explosive John Williams than RS.

When I look at his size and watch his play, I think of Stedman Bailey and Kenny Stills.

yeah, it was a guy that actually interviewed Noil. Face it, Noil knows LSU is where WR's go to die. His family knows where he'll actually end up is all he meant with his statement, so those are his top three. Summy's coming bithes.
Sir, I am no bithe!!!!!!!!!

The Advocate killed its legit sports reporters years ago so I wouldn't sweat anything they say about sports, especically recruiting.
Bleacher Report would be a better source, and that's really saying something.

Compare A&M receivers to LSU since about 2000 and let me know who has more in the nfl and who has more named to the all conference teams.

Would you like to compare WRs drafted by the NFL?

:/ that would stink if true

I'd rather him play CB too.
He's not the athlete Shepard is either

off the top of my head...standout wr's LSU has had since 01 (some were saban teams, some were miles teams):
Josh Reed - Belitnikoff Winner
Devery Henderson
Michael Clayton
Skyler Green
Early Doucet
Brandon Lafell
Buster Davis
Dwayne Bowe
Demetrius Byrd
Terrence Tolliver
Ruben Randle
i'm sure im missing some. What ATM WR's dominated at the college level and moved to the pros? Swope? He was like a 5th round pick was he not?
