Russell Shepard signed with the Eagles before the NFL draft ended
LSU wide receiver Russell Shepard recently signed a free agent contract, as many players do at the conclusion of the NFL draft. Shepard, however, didn't wait for the draft's seven rounds to conclude before signing his deal with the Philadelphia Eagles, according to a report Tuesday from James Haralson of LouisianaDaily.com.

How anyone cares anymore is beyond me.
If he can get tackled by his shoelaces in college, I can't wait to see what he can do in the NFL.

I hope you are right because if not this can not be cool. GODell will not be happy about this and if Kelly was in on it he is just carrying on from Oregon

Listened to the Moscona interview yesterday. Shep talked like they already had packages in place for him. Came off mighty cocky for a UDFA. If the Eagles get in trouble for this, RS may not make it to camp.

that poster, like prominetown, are Milesenistas.
they cant have him do well, and thus have Miles decision be wrong. They will actively put this kid down and attack him.

Yea they arent going to put up with that shite from an UDFA. He is getting "too big for his britches"

It's pretty common practice for potential UDFAs. If a team drafts you the contract is invalid anyways.
