Haven't read all the pages but can't get a good feel for how "athlete" is being defined - accomplishement on the field? multi-sports? sheer athleticism (running, jumping, etc). If the latter Michael Ford should be considered.

One of the strongest Tigers ever pound-for-pound, good 40's time, great vertical.
