You are dense man. Public schools are free (well, you know what I mean) and MANY MANY people take advantage of that and so many good athletes come from public schools. Why won't you admit this?

The rules for public schools state that you have to dance with the kids living in your district. That is the rule for all public schools. Those that are caught playing kids from outside their district are reprimanded.
Is this true or not?
It doesn't matter if he paid or is on scholarship, he doesn't live in the district, so kids that follow LHSAA rules should play against kids that follow the same rules.
What's dense about that?
