i've never seen a chigger on a car, but i actually think the only place i've seen them is embedded in my crotch

Yup, I can see them
BnB, been down that road before. Cut back significantly because of some legal issues I needed to take care of and because bitches don't like sloppy drunks who throw up on the car ride home. Chilled it out maybe 2 years ago. Didn't mean to butthurt you
It is a white car, and I am guessing an attractant because love bugs love them

Chlorine sounds like a good choice. Cheap. Should kill them instantly, just no residual for future outbreaks.

I am hearing "kill them with fire" on the internet. Not sure of the logistics, but sounds viable

Burning the car would get them.

When I lived in VA, they would dig in from my ankles to my crotchal area.
Not much stops them. Tried Deet, etc. Of course metal detecting in the woods every weekend for 12 years didn't help either.

Spraying Off backwoods stopped them and ticks from crawling up my legs

I bet this stuff (Suspend Sc) will kill them, buy it online cheaper than a do-it-yourself pest control place and safe to be around once dried. LAst ~6 months and kills all kinds of stuff including spider and termites...

Only one sure way to determine if those are chiggers?
You up for it hammer?

Is buying chemicals online the best thing to do since recent events have occurred in the past week?
I think I have an old bag of Ortho sitting in my shed. Just didn't know if anyone has had this specific problem before. No other insex really

Just go to a hardware store or farm&feed place. As for what to buy I have no idea.

Never bought online but don't see why it would be a problem. Insecticide ain't going to blow up

I would be more concerned with buying pressure cookers online...but I think you will be okay
do my own pest control

I saw online because when I looked the other day it was about 1/2 the cost from a B&M store ($40 vs $75). A little goes a long way, just store it in the A/C I have lost some before due to heat.

Then they are visible.
Oh and how they itch. It usually takes about 2 weeks before I stop with the scratching.
