That would be a great pick....
These two guys are well plugged in and believe they are going 3-4 OLB no matter what...
An LSU guy on the Saints *sigh*
He's going to be a beast imo..

Tbh I'd rather Jones if he's there. And I'm an Lsu fan

The guy relied on his speed to much, and it showed when playing against top level o line men. Also when he got to the passer he had trouble with finishing.

Prefer jones but I can fap to either

I have more faith in Jones. I think Mingo is just raw.

I think both will be studs. Mingo is the freakish upside that has the higher ceiling. Jones is the guy who is going to come in and produce ASAP

If we get Jones or Mingo (I don't really care which), I'd be very happy. I don't see how anyone could bitch about either.

Count me in too.

Of the realistic choices we'll have at 15 (Mingo, Jones, Vacarro, Austin, longshot Lane and Star), Mingo is the only one that would piss me off.

Same types of things were said about JJ Watt coming out Wisconsin. The NFL will still teach these guys something and if you get a player who is set on staying at the level of play that he is at coming out of college then dont pick him.

I guess you dont want to pressure the QB.....oh well...your loss..
Jarvis Jones wont be able to get to Matt Ryan. He wont be able to catch Cam.
Mingo>> Jones.

Mingo's 4.5 sacks last season gets my he-pussy so wet.

Jones had 28 sacks in the last 2 seasons vs. 12.5 for Mingo, against pretty similar competition. Mingo regressed from 2011 to 2012. Jones got better. I like how Mingo being faster makes him a better player than the guy who, you know, actually made a huge difference on the field.

I think Mingo or Jones are both fast enough to catch most QB's...plus I will take QB hurries if I can't get sacks.

There has been so much speculation about who we will take, what we will do, trades, position, etc. At the end of the day, whatever name is called out in the first round I just pray that at the end of this season, or at least next I can look back and say finally, we landed a stud in the first round.

It's gonna suck when neither Jones or Mingo make it out of the top 10. I think we end up with Ogletree or Fluker.

Jordan is pretty damn close. Has been great against the run from the get go, then jumped from one sack in 2011 to 8 sacks last season. You can't ask any more from a 2nd year player adjusting to a new position (now returning to what he played at UCLA).
