Had to have the hull welded in a couple spots (stump jumping.)
Lower unit oil, repack bearings- yearly maint.
Stuff I have done that wasnt required:
Upgraded front depth finder to a combo.
Amp and speakers
built an underseat ice chest

I got my 1999 19 ft ski boat out the other day after it sat all winter.
Turned the key and it started up on the 5th turnover. All electronics worked.
I still have to check out my 24ft ski boat to see if the engines are good to go for the summer but i'm positive they are.

Usuall motor maintanence... And brand new Transom!!!!!

Trim/tilt motor was going out, had it replaced under warranty with a month to spare. The thing is they doubled my warranty when I bought the boat. Whew!
