That's why Iwas surprised .
By tomorrow I will have worked 32 hrs in the hospital and seen 24 home health patients for the week. And have been training for triathlon to boot. Not sure how I got so high. Probably the posting in traffic.

Gonna do a half iron man in Miami later this year. Started from scratch. Trying to do 8-10 hrs of cardio a week to get my base up before the grind. SO damn hungry all the time.
