In the movie goodfellas, when the five guys are making pasta, one of the guys is wearing Adidas sandals. Which didn't come out till the 80's. What are some others?

In 'It's A Wonderful Life', in the scene where George is seeing off an inebriated Uncle Billy,
a stage hand knocks over some props at the exact moment that staggering Uncle Billy walks out of the shot.
Thomas Mitchell, the actor portraying Uncle Billy, then does a great improvisational line
off camera that Director Frank Capra decided to leave in: 'I'm alright, I'm aaaaaalllright.'

In the movie Life, with Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence, in the scene in which they are standing on the bottles, Martin's character says his toe went in the bottle...that was not in the script and neither is the laughing they both do after he says it.

The scene in Spy Who Shagged Me with Dr. Evil and young Number Two with the globe ball when Meyers started bouncing the ball off Rob Lowes face was completely unscripted. They play it off as #2 crying, but if you look you can see Lowe laughing his arse off.

I also posted this one before, but still cool nonetheless.
In Major League when Cerrano hits the homerun in the last game vs the Yankees to tie the game, you see him running the bases with his bat in his hand. That's because Dennis Haysbert really did hit a homerun during that take. He was so excited, he forgot to drop the bat. The crowd reaction was genuine too, as they weren't really expecting to see an actor go yard.

I've never noticed the Storm Trooper before. That's awesome. I've seen the Back to the Future 3 kid.

That austin powers one is great. Gotta give it to Lowe for keeping it together after he hit him the first time.
There's one that I can't remember for the life of me, but it's really old and in black and white. I remember my dad showing it to me when I was a kid, I guess he read about it in a magazine or something since this was well before the internet. There's a cafeteria or some place with a bunch of people, and a guy pulls a gun and is gonna shoot someone. You can see a kid sitting at a table nearby that apparently didn't like loud noises, so I guess someone signals him offstage and you see him put his hands in his ears a few seconds before the gunman fires.

I must have missed the blooper in that..??
I remember watching Patton inhistory class in HS, and my teacher would point out some bloopers. Like some of the soldiers in the background diving before explosions happened. Also I think Braveheart has scenes where background fighters are just dancing and dicking around instead of fighting.

Accoring to a post up above that scene was unscripted and Mike Meyers just started throwing the globe at Lowe's face out of nowhere. Towards the end when Lowe appears to be crying it looks like he's actually laughing his arse off. Not necessarily a "blooper" per se, but still a cool little factoid.
ETA: but I agree cokes, that's not really a mistake. There's been a bunch of threads here in the past few months with the best unscripted and improv scenes in movies. That's a whole different ballgame than what this thread is supposed to be about.
