Yup. Fact is if they play nothing but comfort picks all summer they will get raped at worlds, just like every other season. The only way to improve is to get out of your comfort zone, just like most everything else in life.

Bjergsen has possibly the deepest champion pool in NA. Do you really think he is so limited and poor adapting that he should never pick an entire category of strong, meta mid laners?

I am not questioning Bjerg's ability to learn new champions, but when he plays non carry champions, the game outcomes are inconsistent. I can understand chalking it up to learning experience, but there's no denying that over the last several splits, there has seemingly been more bad than good that has come from him playing non carry roles. (Whether it's his performance personally or his team's inability to play around him).

It doesn't matter what I think. what matters is what actually happens on the rift and as mentioned above, TSM is seemingly worse off when Bjerg plays non carry champs.

Bjerg can play galio mid all day long, but if the rest of the team is incapable of picking up the carry slack, then what does it matter? If you need a tank/supportive champion role, give it to someone other than your best player.

At the end of the day, you aren't going to "out Korean" the Koreans, so find an alternate strategy and adapt accordingly.
