TSM has tried Bjerg on supp/tank mids for the last couple of years. If you aren't comfortable after THAT much repetition, then you abandon that strategy.
It's not like they JUST started doing this. They've been doing this off and on, and it's always more of a liability than an asset.
Bjerg is your talent, don't limit him by putting him on Karama and Lulu and counting on Sven and Hauntzer to carry.
