It would be tough finding yellow/purple parts though
Spraypaint, bro. People think it's dangerous, but those heat spreaders are largely cosmetic to begin with, and what little thermal dissipation they provide won't be offset by an enamel coating.
The MSI Z87 MPower has a yellow and black theme, so the yellow would be covered there. In fact, if you want to just go full yellow/black:
Z87 Mpower:
Avexir MPower Optimized Memory (Avexir? I dunno, RAM is RAM for anyone buying a prebuilt since they should not be messing with timings, ratios, or frequencies).
780 Lightning
And then I would do yellow and black single-sleeving on everything because why not.
ETA: Of course, the issue here is that the MPower is an excessive board if not overclocking with water or LN2. Hell, even I don't use all the added features on my MPower.

Can I shoot you some paypal for the sleeving heatshrink? I'm not sure what size I will need, but the 3/16 wouldnt work even when stretched with some pliers
Edit: and I said paypal because it's probably cheaper using an envelope and stamp rather than me drive to central

Screwdriver
Heatgun
Elbow Grease
Comes off pretty easy TBH. (I shouldn't speak to the Z87 boards, I've just done Z77 and X79 boards.
