Finally finished up "activating" my OS. The 1TB HDD is recognized in BIOS but not in Windows, going to look at that tomorrow.

I think that will be an easy fix. Google it tomorrow when you have time and that should do it.

It's a new HDD? Needs to be formatted and assigned a drive letter.
Go to control panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > then on the left side bar click "Disk Management." Hopefully you will see your unformatted 1TB drive there.
