Why did we have 7 players avail tonight?

Love the Tigers but don't follow WBB as closely as some. How is it that we only had 7 available players tonight?

A better question is why the roster was so short all season.

One suspended at beginning of year, one got seriously sick in February, and Kenney got a concussion on Sunday

We only started the season with 11.
Krystal Forthan transferred earlier in the preseason.
Coco Baker lost her damn mind and has been suspended just about all season.
Shelia Boykin has an illness and out for season (dont know exact name of illness though).
Jeanne Kenney has a concussion, but should be back for Sweet 16.

Don't know exactly. It was nothing major. Whatever it was she just kept doing it like once a week. After the 3rd suspension it became permanent.

So if we started with 11 and lost 4, how do they practice? Do they bring in people to practice against in order to play 5 on 5?
