Agree with your list for the most part but I would replace Brennan with Leinart. Brennan put up great numbers against garbage competition. Say what you want about Leinart but he was the starting QB for one of the greatest offensive units in the history of college football (2003-2005 USC). He has to be in the top 12. I would also put Pat White or Eli Manning on the list ahead of Kellen Moore. Moore was a good QB but I believe the Chris Petersen system made him look better than he really was. He also played against really putrid competition except for one or two times every year.
