Didnt realize that, I was in and out of town so much last year I did not keep up as much as I wanted to.

There were new developments in the Rouzan saga reported on the front page of the "B" section of the paper today.

The Library Board has given Spinosa 9 months to complete a set of infrastructure requirements. Here is the article

You'll note in the article where one board member's biggest concern is what happens if Spinosa's Rouzan development company goes "belly up."

I personally don't think Rouzan will ever be developed by Spinosa. I believe he will be forced into personal bankruptcy and he will be forced to liquidate his real estate holdings by the bankruptcy judge.

Rouzan, or something akin to Rouzan, will probably eventually be developed on that beautiful tract of land, but it will be done by someone other than Spinosa. And it will take years to happen.
