Agreed. #2 son applied to Terry in '06 (International Business).
Realistically, I think you should want 1/2 A's and 1/2 B's (3.5) to be safe. #4 son (this one) will also be applying for an International Biz type thing-concentration.

I can't think of any jobs that would come down to a grade in a Communications class.

Honestly, the only time my grades mattered were for my grad school application. I've never had an employer ask me for a transcript, all the way from a 3 person firm to one of the biggest IT service companies in the world.
I'd bet the FBI pulled it when I applied for a clearance, but they care about whether you lied, not about whether the number is any good.
