nice

i have a pretty fine mesh strainer I normally use that will probably catch it all without needing the screen in my funnel, but I may try the bag method instead

The rosemary IPA is dry-hopping right now.

Might pull that out and give it a 5-day second addition before I keg it.

I was reading a Pliny recipe and they did two stages of dry hopping.

Probably don't want to be using a strainer or funnel post fermentation?

Pliny and most of the other big DIPAs are just bittering hops(extracts) then late hop and dry hop the frick out of them.
