I still can't believe that DPW lets developers get away with no on-site stormwater management. That property outfalls directly in to Dawson Creek.

Where's it been going for 40 years? It's not like the improvements will be adding stormwater to Dawson Creek above what's been going there since the original center was built -- and I don't know that it's ever been a problem.

I'm not getting what your gripe is here.
