What does Reuben Randall have to do with this?

Does Shep realize he has no shot in the NFL yet? I follow him on twitter and I literally feel bad for him.
I follow him on instagram and he has been training constantly. If he runs a damn good 40 and shows up well in the hands drill, he will be drafted.
I can see him being a backup in the league for a few years. Smart kid so he will have a future post-football as well.

jackass thing to say. you clearly have no idea the drive elite athletes have. I appreciate the fact that if he goes down, it will be with guns blazin
why would you follow a former LSU player that you do not know personally and that you say has no shot at the NFL?

Good God some of you people are horrible.

Because throwing to an underachieving receiver at his old college's pro day is a better career direction.

Not really. I think Ray Charles could have seen what he did there.

Isn't this what Shep wanted Jan.9th?

A) Why assume I don't know him?
B) I love Shep, he's a great guy personally. Then add on top the fact that he has great love for LSU, and I appreciate that even more about him.
I said nothing negative except he essentially has no shot at an NFL career. Because he's training hard he will make it? I guess no one else is training? I hated how Shep was utilized at LSU, but he only had one thing...speed. People can bash Miles for not utilizing him, but it was kind of hard. Shep couldn't run good routes and couldn't catch well. So the best and only way to get him the ball was an off tackle handoff. Well when you have Hll, Hilliard, Ware, Ford...he's going to get left off. He went to some all-star games and looked pretty mediocre to below mediocre against that competition. He ran a reverse and tripped over his feet in the backfield...I mean you don't get many shots in an all-star game so you have to utilize the chances.
Once again, I love Shep and what he did not for the university. Unfortunately this isn't basketball where if you don't make the NBA you have tons of other options. That would be awesome if he could go to the Arena league (even if people are bashing JJ for it) and make a career out of football. Me saying he won't make it in the NFL is not bashing a guy, it's simply making an observation and/or statement.
