haven't done much homework on that yet but its easy to be the pessimist guy who says nobody i bring up is good enough in the trade but we've already heard many teams' desire of trading for Ryno. he would be sought after.

I think $8 million is fine for a 6th man of the year candidate, but if Monty can't find a way to get RA at least 30 minutes and AD 35ish then he probably does need to go.
I'm not sure if this is available, but the 247 podcasts had proposed a Gordon and Anderson for Kevin Love and filler. Love has been rattling the cage in Minnesota from the minute he signed his contract, so it might not be that unrealistic.
