Idk. Kid could improve with a year of experience. I'd love to see him and Hamnick play to their potential

I dont see any potential in Collins, if someone else does, help me see it

Hammink is a guy I think can flourish over time here. He has the tools, and he should have redshirted had we not been so hurting on depth IMO. Most every international player needs a redshirt year to adjust. Amateur basketball overseas is just so terrible, even our college teams go and beat up on their pro teams.

Collins just doesnt have good basketball I.Q., doesn't have a good shot, plays out of control 80% of the time...I just dont see what he brings to the table. It's not something like with Hammink where he just needs to catch up to the speed of the game.

You do realize that NBA teams frequently lose to EuroLeague teams, right? In 2010 FC Barcelona beat the Lakers in an exhibition match of EuroLeague champ vs NBA champ.

Don't get me wrong, NBA teams generally dominate these games, but Euro teams win often enough where it is no big deal when they do win. The NBA is 42-9 all-time vs. the EuroLeague.

Now what would the NBA's record be if those 51 games were against NCAA teams? Unless you say 51-0, you're probably wrong.

Bottom line: the observation about Euro teams being weak is way, way off. Don't be fooled by some of the second-tier or B club teams the touring collegians often play against. I'd say the best EuroLeague teams could make the playoffs in the NBA.

Pretty much all of that was said about Andre Stringer, too. Some guys need to mature for the game to slow down.
