Tiger Stadium needs 3-D replay screens

Tiger Stadium should install 3-D replay screens so that people in the stadium won't be limited to watching the action on the ordinary 2-D screens in the end zones. I've heard so much criticism that the smallish 2-D screens on the score boards don't allow people in the stadium to get a realistic 3-D experience while watching the game. What do you think?

That's a lot of pairs of 3-D glasses

All you gotta do is wear these and you're set.

I would be happy with any replay other than the field level camera angle.

I think you're a sales rep for a 3-D stadium replay screen company trying to create a goundswell of need.
nice try.
get better in all dimensions.

I'd settle for full-screen, 2D replays w/o 1/3 of the screen being taken up by advertisements.

Troll?
If not, are you talking about 3d with glasses? Or a parallax barrier type screen (a la Nintendo 3DS and HTC Evo 3D). Either idea is pretty bad. Obviously, the glasses 3d is garbage and no one would want to wear that at games, and parallax barriers have such a small sweet spot for it to work right, it barely works in a medium-sized family room, let alone a 92,500 capacity football stadium.

I would hope neither. Within the next 2.5 years we should be able to produce a 3D projected hologram image that has 2ppi. Oh, and hover boards.

We are there and seeing it with our own eyes you can't get more realistic 3-d than that.

It was a joke inspired by the 3-D seats. Watching live is 3-D.

if you are there in person, that is about as 3-D as it gets. just look down onto the field!

LSU does go way overboard with the advertising on all of the scoreboards. There should be a place for advertising in the various LSU venues, but the wretched excess ad mess on the LSU scoreboards is tacky and out of place. LSU is much worse in this regards than any other school in the SEC.
I personally don't buy any product or patronize any business that junks up the LSU scoreboards with the huge oversized permanent ads. I DON'T have a problem with ads that scroll on and off during the breaks in games, but when the action is going on, I only want to see LSU, Tigers, Purple and Gold or Louisiana State University with a full freaking video screen replay.
Save ALL the damn ads for the timeouts and halftime breaks, of course there has to be full electronic advertising in place (No permanent ads) for this to happen.
