Pysch is about awesomeness.

I'd explain it, but I feel someone else could do a better job.

The gist of it is a crime-solving duo. One is a "psychic" (in reality, he just has acute observation skills). The other is a pharmaceutical rep, basically his sidekick. They get into all sorts of shenanigans.

The premise is he is a crime novelist that used a favor by the Governor of New York to get him in the NYPD to shadow a female detective named Kate Beckett. He writes books about Beckett's adventures and bases a character called Nikki Heat off of her.

He helps solve every case she handles by using "What would a writer do here" ideas.

The cast and stories are top notch. It's worth checking out.
