Sacramento should a top 6 team in the west with the talent they have. No one knows why they suck.

aside from ownership that is most concerned with saving money, the talent doesn't fit, no one plays defense, and they are very very young.

Bill Simmons has a bit where he talks about the Queens as the pick up team from hell, and he's absolutely right. It's not a question of talent, it's what happens when you just assemble a team based upon talent and no consideration as to how they'll play together.
