Looking to get into this. Anybody done this? How long are the workouts? Do you still go to crossfit or after a round of sessions do you do your own thing?
Any info would be great. Thanks!

O/U is 4 weeks before you have an injury setback. P90X would be a safer route.

Only if you don't take the time to learn the proper movements and form. Same goes for any other type of exercise.

I know multiple ppl that have done Crossfit for years and never had an injury.
OP a typical workout at a Crossfit gym is give or take fifty minutes long.

It's poor training that causes injuries in most cases. Half-arse trainers with minimal certifications should be looked at with caution.

It's a great way to workout. A lot of people on here hate on crossfit for various things, but I don't know of anyone who's tried it that has bad things to say about it.

Cult.
This. I have tried it and for majority (not all) it's for losers who can't cut it in the weight room or do normal cardio (swim, run, agility workouts.) Crossfit makes them feel good on the inside while hardly any of it is functional in the real world. I'm speaking from my experience, there might be a few outliers who have really accomplished some good feats but that's only a select few. I'm good at it and I think it's bs. As far as injuries, I've never heard of anyone getting injured from it but crossfit form is ridiculously dangerous.

Never done it, but from what i can tell you workout around 30 min then spend the other 23.5hrs of the day telling everyone how awesome it/you are.
