What if you've been charged with a felony but not convicted, and have disposition papers to say as such?

I'm pretty sure you better send the disposition papers.
For everyone's info: Mrs. Couyon and I sent our complete applications in 2 weeks ago. Our instructor told us 120 days average to get the permit now.

That's fine, but the disposition papers need to be from the court if it's a disqualifying felony. However, some felonies aren't disqualifying. It's always best to get everything together and take it down to the State Police headquarters. You can turn it in there and they'll tell you right there if you're gtg.
