It's an initiative in Texas where any bass over 13 lbs caught (generally) around the spawn can be donated to the state to breed better bass. Once bred, they release the juveniles into lakes around the state. The angler then gets to release his bass into the lake where he caught it. Tons of free stuff. Free fiberglass replica, etc. etc. Used to be sponsored by Budweiser.
