One thing I don't understand, governor has the heads in the fish tanks. When the black girl pulls them down they are alive, yet they way to kill them is to chop their heads off. So are they dead or can they still bite and turn you?

It doesn't die unless the brain is destroyed.

They usually chop the head in half not at the neck. So I guess it's possible that they would still alive since the brain was untouched

And they can't "turn" you. Even people who die of natural causes are reanimated.

Man, watching the replay of the last episode, I'm still pissed at Andrea for stopping Michone from waxing the gov. You just know that's gonna bite someone or some people big time.
