all of this can be found at Rouses in the organic isles but be prepared to pay out the arse. If you eat paleo your grocery bill will go WAY up.
there are a ton of good paleo recipes you can do. My go to lunch meal was chicken salad but I had to make my own mayo (very easy)
I did this diet called whole 30 (around $45 for the book) whole 30
I completely changed my eating habits and still cook some of the recipes from the book. ( I lost 12 lbs in 30 days doing nothing but eating what they tell me) (I am 27 6'2" and weighed 190lb at the time)

Dang. I definitely don't want to lose much weight. I have already paid to have my wedding dress altered for May.
And I live in Memphis, no Rouse's here. Not planning to do the whole grass-fed beef or anything. Plain cow is fine for me.
