New Orleans Style Corn Pudding Souffle out of the oven
Then it goes back in the oven for a few minutes with a butter/cinnamon glaze that adds a nice texture on top

Some pics from Vietnam Restaurant in Corpus Christi
Ribs (they serve this with an open flame but I didn't get the pic fast enough)
Salt and Pepper Scallops
Seabass with some sort of mango salsa I think

Bibimop (Korean dish)
You can't see it to well but it's a dish with rice, vegetables, sweet marinated beef, fried egg, and it comes with this fantastic hot sauce.
Salmon for breakfast on a lazy sunday with some weird egg concoction

Couldn't tell you
I haven't been out to Robstown yet
Is that supposed to be a hot spot? Everyone around here talks about Rudy's but I've never been

do they mean the bbq chain rudy's?
yea cotton's was a great restaurant in robstown but i think it burned down a couple years ago. they were suppposed to rebuild it. the best part of that place was the complimentary soft serve ice cream cone you get at the end of your meal.
eta - this was breakfast. belgian waffle from scratch...
batter- 1/4 cup organic multigrain pancake mix (arrowhead mills), 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 2 egg whites, splash of vanilla extract, pinch of cinnamon, 1/4 cup milk, tsp water.
toppings - half banana, 4 sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, scoop of yogurt with a few clusters of kashi cereal. not pictured - mackay's fruit spread and some lite syrup below all that. shitty pic but that's the best i could do (using an old phone right now)

No, I thought I did but can't find them. Might have gotten busy when I brought it in and forgot.
