if you think the feds project each hunter killing 100 ducks you are way way way off.. I think the fly way projected average is something like 18-23 birds per SEASON....
But there was a lot less BS with duck hunting in the 3 and 30 days.... that's for sure.
and.. one of those years we came awfully close to 2 and 20 or NO season..

It makes me excited just thinking about no mojo ducks. No guys shooting ducks at 80 yards. No fights for the guys who hunt public land. We could see a nice decrease in prices for duck hunting land, leases, blinds, etc. For people like me the limit could be one duck and I would go out and hunt. Only downside would be no lead #6's.
